Whistleblower system

Employees and third parties can report any compliance violations at any time via the web-based whistleblower system (RAUMEDIC Compliance Communication System – CoCoS), which meets the highest standards of data protection and security (www.bkms-system.ch/RAUMEDIC).

In particular, the following can be reported:

  • Non-compliance or threatened non-compliance with internal company compliance requirements (RAUMEDIC Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct)
  • Non-compliance or threatened non-compliance with legal requirements
  •  Complaints or information on all human rights and environmental risks or all violations of human rights and environmental obligations in accordance with the LkSG
  • Information according to the applicable national legislation in implementation of the European Union Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers.

The information received via the system goes directly to the RAUMEDIC Compliance Department and is treated with the highest priority and strictly confidentially. The CoCoS system can be used to report any information related to compliance violations.

Notifications of compliance violations can also be submitted by e-mail or post.
