1. Disposal of electrical and electronic equipment
The "crossed-out wheeled bin" symbol means that you are required by law to dispose of this equipment separately from unsorted municipal waste. Disposal via domestic waste, such as the residual waste bin or the yellow bin, is prohibited. Avoid misdirected waste by disposing of it correctly at special collection and return points (please also refer to point 3).
2. Removal of batteries and lamps
If the products contain batteries and accumulators or lamps that can be removed from the waste equipment without destroying it, these must be removed without destroying it before disposal and disposed of separately as batteries or lamps.
3. Possibilities of return of waste equipment
In accordance with §19a ElektroG - Electrical and Electronic Equipment, RAUMEDIC AG is obliged to take back waste electrical and electronic equipment free of charge under the conditions specified therein. Owners of waste equipment can register the return or reshipment of waste equipment here.
4. Data protection
RAUMEDIC AG points out to all end users of waste electrical and electronic equipment that they are responsible for deleting personal data on the waste equipment to be disposed of.
5. WEEE registration number
RAUMEDIC AG is registered as a producer of electrical and/or electronic equipment under the registration number DE46786594 with the stiftung elektro-altgeräte register, Nordostpark 72, 90411 Nürnberg.
6. Collection and recovery quotas
According to the WEEE Directive, EU member states are obliged to collect data on waste electrical and electronic equipment and to transmit this data to the European Commission. You can find more information on this on the Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte | BMUV website.
